2) The Director General of Sudan Airports Company invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Integrated 3D Tower and Approach/Enroute Procedural/Surveillance Control Simulator System and its related services at Sudan Academy for Aviation Science and Technology (SUDAFAST). Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in the Sudanese Procurement, Contracting and Disposal of Surplus Act of 2010, and its Regulations of 2011.

3.2 Delivery of Bids

4) General Conditions for submitting the Bids: The following Documents shall be submitted by Bidders:
1- Company / Firm Registration Certificate or Business Registration Certificate issued from Chamber of Commerce (for foreign Bidders as in their respective Country).
2- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or proof of submission of Income Return (for foreign Bidders as in their respective Country).
3- Clearance Certificate issued by Zakat Chamber (for Domestic Bidders).
4- Financial Capability Certificate.
5- Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.
6- Obtaining Legal Stamp.
7- Tax Identification Number (for foreign Bidders as in their respective Country).
8- A copy of the Tax Card (for foreign Bidders as in their respective Country).
9- Company Profile.
10- CV accompanied by certificates of experience in the required field.
11- Previous and Similar works
12- An initial Insurance (Bid security) of 2% of the Bid value by Bank Cheque or Bank Letter of Guarantee or from Insurance Company. It shall be complemented to 10% by the successful Bidder (Winner) and returned to others.
13- A foreign Bidder wishing to have or already having a local agent shall submit a Letter of Authorization.
14- Power of Attorney of Bid Signatory.
5) Closing Date for submission of Tender Documents by Bidders is Thursday 12/02/2023 at 12:00 pm.
6) Opening of pre-qualification, Technical and Financial Bids is on Thursday 12/02/2023 at 13:00 pm at the Academy Premises.
7) Representatives of the entities participating in the submission of Bids may attend the opening of the Bids.
8) The Director General of Sudan Airports Company is not obliged to accept the lower evaluated Bid or any other Bid.
